Base Price per student & volunteer:

• $550.00

Price includes:

• Transportation
• Lodging
• Meals at the retreat center
• Opening day Whitewater rafting on the Olympic Ocoee River
• Mountain bike riding
• Horseback Riding
• Tower rappelling and ropes on-site
• Mission service project
• Wild Cave exploration including an overnight stay in the cave
• Gold panning & Gemstone mining
• Hiking
• Nightly campfires
• Daily worship & spiritual challenges

Does not include:

• meals while traveling to and from Coker Creek

Additional optional costs:

• Off-site mountain rapelling - $35.00
• Sweatshirt - $20.00

Check-in / Departure:

• 10:00pm on Monday, March 15th at The Church of the Resurrection

Return / Arrival:

• Arrival time back to The Church of the Resurrection will be approximately 10:00am on Sunday, March 21st. This depends on road conditions between Tennessee and Kansas City.

Notes:

• There will be a trained medical person accompanying rezlife on the trip along with 2 staff members and adult volunteers.
• The last day to register will be January 15th, 2010 based on space availability.
  
• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due within one week of registration.
• Registration must be paid in full no later than February 1st, 2010

Refund Policy:

• A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations made by January 15th, 2010
• A refund of 25% will be given for cancellations made between January 16th and February 15th, 2010
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after February 15th, 2010 unless participant can find a substitution.
